Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

When I called to order my house plans I spoke with Erin. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the experience of talking with her very much. I met with my builder yesterday. I forwarded the PDF that I purchased on to him. At the meeting he told us that our plans were some of the best plans he has ever seen. The home I picked will look almost like the picture except without the fireplace and we moved a few walls to square up the master suite...but we love, love, love the outcome!
