Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

The House Design people were so nice and helpful. They not only assisted in making sure we had the plan the way we wanted them before they sent them to us but the also did research on builders in the area that they could recommend. It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to build a home. Before we got our plan with them we were working with a designer and every little tweak the $ amount went up and was taking so much time we ended up walking away and buying plans from here. Best decision ever!
